Close to Home is a ground-breaking installation and public programme at Liverpool’s historic Cunard Building, which explores lived and living experiences of suicide and bereavement.

Led by Heart of Glass and artist Mark Storor, the project brings together The Suicide Chronicles – an eight-year body of work created in collaboration with communities and individuals across England, Ireland and Wales. Over five weeks, The Suicide Chronicles will take up residence at the Cunard Building, featuring films, photography, sculpture, poetry and music that have emerged from this long-term, shared creative process.

We worked with Heart of Glass to develop a poignant, image-led identity for the exhibition, working across outdoor advertising, signage, press advertising and social. The campaign features impactful photography from each Chronicle by Stephen King.

“We invite you into an evolving space of contemplation, reflection and quiet assembly. A beautiful artistic space for what is often difficult to express, acknowledging and honouring the experiences of those we have lost.”

– Heart of Glass

Close to Home runs from 5th September to 10th October and is free to attend, with no ticket required.
