Our new iOS and Android apps for Patons Insurance allow their taxi cover customers to send and receive files, access cover documents, find contact details and deliver bespoke advice for reporting a claim.
The apps are integrated with an online quote engine that immediately returns a quote to the customer via email and text message, whilst the back-end CMS also helps the Patons team to manage all their quotes, clients, renewals and re-marketing activity.
Telematics and driver scoring updates are currently in development for version 2.0.
