Situated at Liverpool’s iconic Albert Dock, The Colonnades project saw the complete renovation of a former three bedroom apartment above the waterfront’s statuesque columns. The remodelling work resulted in an overall duplex apartment of approximately 5,000 square feet, with entirely bespoke features including an acoustic floor system with integrated under-floor heating, custom-made stairs, cabinetry, joinery and bathroom fittings.
We worked with Paragon Construction Group to produce a 48 page, foil blocked and cloth bound hardcover book that not only celebrates this incredible project, but also the rich history of it’s Grade I listed location.
