Cosey Rentals are a family-run lettings and property management company based in St Helens. To mark recent expansion within their business, the Cosey team felt it was time to give their brand some renovations of its own.
The main goal was to modernise the overall visual style, but as a people-focused business, it was also important to have an approachable and friendly feel to the brand. We designed a simple, ownable symbol that then became the basis of a versatile identity – as it not only had to represent Cosey Rentals, but also the property surveying arm of the business, Cosey Homes.
Having launched the rebrand through a new responsive website, we were able to hook the CMS system up to Jupix, a cloud-based system that Cosey Rentals use to manage all their properties. We developed an integration with the Jupix API to share all data, which streamlined their internal processes; saving them time and aiding consistency. The integration also automatically stores data and imagery, which optimises load time and makes the site a pleasure to use on any device.
