NHS Halton and St Helens provides NHS services in the community, ensuring that the health needs of local people are being met. We were asked to produce a 24 page patient workbook, which would promote the free NHS health check to adults in the local area. Designed to set brand guidelines, the workbook was printed onto an FSC accredited 100% recycled stock, and also produced in PDF format so that it could be read and completed online.
